PETA Lawsuit Seeks to Expand Animal Rights Movement

PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) has chosen to expand its lawsuit against SeaWorld, by asking a federal court to grant 5 Orca Whales currently being held in different SeaWorld park locations, constitutional rights. An action that has shocked many people which sparked their curiosity in the matter, causing lots of talk at countless lawschools across the country over this risky attempt at the expansion of the Animal Rights Movement.
